Mini Documentary - Our Dog Rex
"Our Dog Rex" tells the story of how REX, a German shepherd cross adopted by loving parents Tiana and Jarret, overcame severe behavioral issues only to face the devastating diagnosis of degenerative myelopathy when he was just 5 years old. DM is a neurological disease which causes degradation of the myelin sheath surrounding the spinal cord in dogs, resulting in progressive paralysis. There is no known cure to date. Completely modifying their lifestyle to fit Rex's new challenges, Jarret and Tiana show that love knows no boundaries as they do whatever it takes to give Rex as full and happy a life as possible.
